Faulty item/replacements:

Please use the troubleshooting if you are struggling with an item. If your Comfee still isn't working as intended then contact us via email or social media, and one of our friendly staff will get back to you asap with a replacement item.  

If your item is faulty you can get a replacement. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Just contact us via our contact us page or through social media. Comfee Pain Relief Products on FaceBook or Instagram.

Refunds:

Refunds can be given on products in good condition with original undamaged packaging within 120 days of purchase, if the product doesn't work for you. Items must be posted back to our warehouse in QLD with tracking.

If an item is sent without tracking and lost, no refund will be given.

Any package that arrives with damaged goods, packaging or over the 100 days will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be given.

All Comfee Relief products come with a full 1 year replacement warranty. 

Postage policy:

Postage can sometimes take a while. All products go out by the next business day, but please be patient. Most items will have tracking however the smaller items like gloves and sticky pads will not. After 2 weeks we will look at resending, please contact us if you are missing your parcel after this time.
